Enquire about availability by email (info@welcomehomes.co.uk), fax (from UK - 0845 370 9019, from Overseas - +44 1227 273003), or telephone us direct (from UK - 0845 370 9009, from Overseas - +44 1227 276455), let us know the dates you are travelling, what type of room(s)/accommodation you would like us to check availability with, and we will advise. The office is open Monday - Friday from 9.00am GMT to 5.30pm GMT. There is a 24 hour answer machine, and emails are regularly checked.

To book immediately, use our secure booking form, complete it and submit it to us, or alternatively you can print out the form and fax it to the above number, or call the above number for telephone bookings. We ask for three accommodation choices on the booking form, and if none of these are available we will make alternative suggestions within the same area or price range. Once we have confirmed availability at one of your choices, we will process your booking and send a confirmation letter by email and surface mail with a location map and a recepit.

There is a minimum stay period of two consecutive nights. Full payment is required in advance for stays of 2 - 5 nights, together with non-refundable booking fee(s). For stays of 6 nights on more, 50% of the total accommdation payment is required in advance, plus the booking fees. Balance of the payment is paid direct to hosts on arrival date in cash. It is possible to pay the balance by credit card to Welcome Homes, but a 2% charge will be made for this.

Cancellation of a booking will require full payment of the outstanding balance unless we receive a minimum 14 days notice in writing prior to arrival dates. On receipt of notice we will refund 50% of advance accommodation payment. If we receive cancellation less than 14 days before arrival dates, no refund will be made. The booking fee is not refundable.

Payment may be made by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Cirrus, JCB, Switch, Solo, Delta), Sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank, or by banker's draft. Bank transfer is also acceptable for bookings made 4 weeks in advance of arrival date, adding the equivalent of £10 GBP for bank charges.
