London B&B Homes, Apartments and Hotels

1. The normal minimum booking period in is for two consecutive nights for a London B&B or Apartment, or one night for a London Hotel.

2. We ask you to pay for accommodation all in advance for stays 2-5 nights long, plus a Booking Fee of GBP 5.00 per adult (16 years and over). The outstanding balance is to be paid to the accommodation on arrival.

3. If you are staying 7 nights or more you need to pay a minimum of 50% of the total booking value

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of a booking will require full payment of the outstanding balance unless we receive a minimum 14 days notice in writing prior to arrival dates. On receipt of notice we will refund 50% of advance accommodation payment. If we receive cancellation less than 14 days before arrival dates, no refund will be made. The booking fee is not refundable.
