If one of your choices is available we will process your booking and send you a confirmation by e-mail. If all of your accommodation choices are already booked we will advise you by e-mail and offer you alternatives for you to consider.

London B&B Homes (minimum stay is 3 nights)

You need to pay for 3 nights accommodation in advance plus a booking fee of £5.00 per adult (16 years and over) to secure your reservation. Any outstanding balance will be payable directly to the accommodation on arrival. Your host will receive a copy of the booking.

Important: If you are staying 7 nights or more you need to pay a minimum of 50% of the total booking value in advance.
B&B Accommodation outside London (no minimum stay)

You need to pay for your complete stay in advance plus a booking fee of £5.00 per adult (16 years and over) to secure your reservation.
Hotels (no minimum stay)

You need to pay for one night's accommodation in advance for each hotel booked to secure the reservation plus a booking fee of £5.00 per adult (16 years and over). We will also pass your credit card details to the hotel who will hold the details for the payment on check-out.
Apartments (no minimum stay)

Payment: 1 to 2 nights 100% in advance, 3 nights or more 50% in advance, plus a booking fee of £5.00 per adult (16 years and over). Any outstanding balance will be payable directly to the accommodation.

Booking terms and conditions

1. Please complete the booking form and return it to us as soon as possible. We cannot reserve/book any accommodation without receiving your advance payment.

2. The advance payment and booking fee(s), (£5 per person aged 16 years and over), must reach us as quickly as possible in order to secure your reservation.

3. On receipt of the advance payment, we will issue you with our Booking Confirmation advising you the name and address of your accommodation with directions and contact details. Any outstanding balance to be paid direct to the accommodation.

4. Cancellation policy on bookings: Cancellation of a booking will require full payment of the outstanding balance unless we receive a minimum 14 days notice in writing prior to arrival dates. On receipt of notice we will refund 50% of advance accommodation payment. If we receive cancellation less than 14 days before arrival dates, no refund will be made. The booking fee is not refundable.

5. Bank charges: Please add an extra £10 to your payment if you are paying by Bank Transfer. Please add £7 to your payment if paying by Eurocheque.

6. Accommodation can only be reserved/booked/cancelled through Welcome Homes Hotels & Apartments.
